The myriadtests.com Find a Doctor search page uses an image map to allow sighted users to click on each state as well as a drop-down list for accessibility. The site itself is built with web-standard XHTML and CSS. I wrote an accompanying PHP/MySQL interface that allows staff to login and update listings.
